You already know that you don’t slow down to breath and feel as often as your soul needs 😂. So here we are, making a regular opportunity for you to carve out some dedicated time to do so with a team + some consistency.
Buckle up for our weekly Meditation & Breath. Just because it’s weekly don’t mean that it’s gonna be average (I meant that how I said it). We’ll be jumping into the deep end without water wings relying on mindfulness, breath, music, and connection to get us there (by the Grace of God, of course).
This is a weekly coed class that is open to the public and free to active Love Strong clients.
We’re doing our best to fuse Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork from eastern traditions with nondenominational Christian faith.
We’ll spend a few minutes getting settled in, share a principle to focus our practice on for the day, then breathe and meditate. The breathing component will likely include a few rounds of more intensive breath with great music. We will give some space at the end for the group to process anything that may have come up.
You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or cushion. We’ll have some mats and chairs you can use.
